Welcome to iCLE

iCLE is Cleveland’s community podcast station, created to bring together local voices, stories, and leaders through professional podcasting infrastructure and shared media distribution.

Built by PodTechs, iCLE gives Cleveland-based hosts, organizations, and storytellers access to a modern podcast operating system, studio-grade production workflows, and a growing local media network designed to amplify impact across Northeast Ohio.

This is not just a studio. It is a platform for connection, education, and civic storytelling.

The Mission

iCLE exists to:

  • Elevate Cleveland voices through high-quality podcast production

  • Support local hosts with professional tools, workflows, and distribution

  • Create a shared media hub that strengthens community connections

  • Help organizations tell their stories consistently, credibly, and at scale

Our goal is to make podcasting accessible, sustainable, and impactful for Cleveland.

The Official Voice of iCLE

Christy Harst

Christy Harst serves as the founding host and official voice of iCLE.

When travelers arrive in Cleveland, they are greeted by Christy’s voice as they enter Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. She is also the organizer and host behind the Building Doors VO Campaign, a community-driven initiative focused on opportunity, access, and connection.

Building Doors is the inaugural podcast at iCLE and represents the spirit of the station: local leadership, trusted voices, and stories that move Cleveland forward.

Christy is the first of many Cleveland-based hosts who will bring their shows, audiences, and missions together under the iCLE banner.

What Is a Community Podcast Station?

iCLE operates as a shared podcast station, meaning:

  • Multiple independent shows live under one Cleveland-focused brand

  • Hosts keep ownership of their shows and voices

  • PodTechs provides the production, systems, and technical backbone

  • The station grows stronger as more hosts and audiences participate

Think of iCLE as a modern, digital public square built on podcasts.
